Quick & Easy Fudgey Brownies

4 Bars (4 Ounces) Hershey's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, broken into pieces

3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees - Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.

Place chocolate and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave at high heat for 1 to 1/2 minutes or until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Add sugar, stir until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour and nuts (if desired). Stir until well blended. Spread into prepared pan.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

Frost with your favorite store-bought chocolate frosting, if desired. Cut into squares. Make about 24 brownies.
